SPS URI CC Pay Tribute to a true Gandhian    .....

Late Miss. Nirmala Deshpande             

Nirmala Deshpande lived and died like a true Gandhian. Her ideas, values and beliefs will continue to inspire many to struggle for a just society. We Salwanians would like to pay homage, with respect in our hearts.

Nirmala Deshpande was an inspiration for all. We, Salwanians, will always follow the ideals and principles for which she stood allher life.She will always remain in our hearts as a true Gandhian.

She believed  if there is a way she would find one and if there is none she would make one.

Someone great once said, “Great people never die. They remain with us in the form of the deeds they did to make a better world.” The same applies to Ms. Nirmala Deshpande, a great Leader, freedom fighter and a staunch follower of Mahatma Gandhi.

We pay our humble homage to this great soul who has left her footprints on the sands of time.

Late Mr. L. D. Gupta

The Management, Staff and Students of all the schools run under the aegis of Salwan Education Trust deeply mourn  the sad demise of Mr L. D. Gupta, Secretary, Salwan Education Trust .  He was an Ex-Dhani Officer who joined Salwan Education Trust  after his retirement.

Late Mr L. D. Gupta’s administrative, financial acumen and profound wisdom was a  source of great  strength for  Salwan Education Trust and all the schools run under its aegis.   We express our deep sense of gratitude for his commitment, dedication and devotion to duty. His memory shall always be fondly cherished by all those whose lives he touched.
